Boiler Servicing
For your boiler to work to its maximum efficiency Gas Safei recommends that an annual service be carried out. This will basically consist of stripping the boiler down and cleaning and checking the components, eg; the burner, pilot light, the heat exchanger fins, checking the boiler flue works properly and that the products of combustion are removed safely.

We will call out to your breakdown, diagnose and repair the fault.

If parts are required that have to be ordered the bill will be £45.00 for the 1st visit and we will quote you a price for the extra parts and labour

New Central Heating
We will come out and give you a no obligation quotation for anything to do with your heating system, whether you want an extra radiator, new thermostatic radiator valves, a new boiler, hot water cylinder or even a complete new system.
The quotation we give you will be in writing and once given to you we will not keep calling you and pestering you to make a decision, nor will we give you a false discount if you book us to do the job there and then.
A big advantage is the person who comes and gives the quotation is the person who will be doing the installation, not a salesman who has never had a spanner in his hand before!!
We will quote you using the latest high efficiency condensing boilers from Baxi/ Main and we will also give you the option to upgrade your system with better controls to keep the running costs down.
Power Flushing
Powerflushing is an expression used by heating engineers to force water and chemicals through your heating system to clean out the sludge and corrosion deposits thus restoring the circulation around your central heating system and making it work and run more efficiently.
Price £350.00 up to 7 radiators, Then an additional £50 per radiator.
