Breakdowns & Maintenance
If your central heating, gas fire or cooker breaks down in any way please contact us. We will carry out an efficient repair and let you know what we are doing at all stages of the job. If we repair the fault without using any materials you will be charged £45.00 for up to 1 hours labour, if the job is going to take any longer we will of course advise you of any further costs before carrying out any additional work. We will in most cases diagnose the fault within the first hour. If parts are required to repair the fault we will arrange to call back with the parts, not charge you any more labour whilst fetching them.
It is recommended to have your gas appliances serviced once a year to maintain their efficiency and safety, we will carry out this job for £45.00 per appliance or £55.00 for a combined fire and back boiler unit.
Landlords have a responsibility to make sure their tenants are safe and it is compulsory to have each house they own checked out by a corgi registered engineer, please ring for a quotation.
